Victorian teachers have reached an in-principle agreement with the state government, securing pay increases between 28.3% and 32.4% over the next four years. The agreement concludes a long-running industrial dispute that saw rolling strikes and walk-offs across the state. Teachers have also secured additional student-free days as part of the deal.
