Australia must think ‘very carefully’ about food security future in the wake of fuel crisis
Grattan Institute Energy Senior Fellow Tony Wood has discussed Australia’s food security in the wake of the nation’s shortcomings being exposed amid the Strait of Hormuz chaos.
“This fuel crisis and the exposure our farming community has to climate change again puts that on a very pointed position,” Mr Wood told Sky News Australia.
“The reality here is we need to be thinking carefully.”
