The world’s first AI-generated government minister has been unveiled in the Albanian parliament. The avatar, named Diella, was created in an attempt to overcome a growing number of corruption scandals plaguing the Albanian government.
The country’s prime minister has put Diella in charge of all decisions on public tenders, but the opposition has criticised the appointment, saying it is unconstitutional and may lead to more corruption.
