Victorian Premier faces leadership spill from deputy
Premier Jacinta Allan is in the fight of her political life with mounting pressure for her to step aside ahead of November’s election. Deputy Premier, Ben Carroll, confirmed he will nominate for the Labor Party leadership after a group of colleagues informed him Allan no longer has caucus support.
