Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has stopped over in Abu Dhabi on his journey back from the United Kingdom to Australia.
The Australian leader saw a showcase of Australian produce including beef and Tim Tams at a Lulu Hypermarket branch days before a free trade agreement between Australia and the UAE takes effect.
Anthony Albanese asked Lulu Retail’s CEO Saifee Rupawala to set up shop in Australia to rival Coles and Woolworths.
The prime minister also visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
