Coalition ‘willing to support’ government’s measures to address ‘broken’ NDIS system
Shadow NDIS Minister Melissa McIntosh has commented on the Albanese government’s biggest changes to the National Disability Insurance Scheme in its history to save the program and the budget.
“The Coalition absolutely supports the fact that the NDIS has blown out of proportion, and we welcome that Mark Butler has admitted that its own … program, the NDIS, is now broken,” she told Sky News Australia.
Ms McIntosh said the Coalition is willing to support the government’s measures once they see the details of Labor’s policy.
