It’s official – half of all of Australians aged between 18-29 now live at home with their parents, 10% more than in 2001.
The data from the latest wave of the long running HILDA survey shows not only are more young Australian’s living at home – but they’re staying there for longer.
So is it just that living at home in your 20s is no longer uncool – or perhaps just economic reality?
