WHO declares global health emergency over Ebola outbreak as death toll hits 80
The Democratic Republic of the Congo has confirmed its 17th Ebola outbreak, with at least 80 deaths reported.
Health officials have identified more than 240 suspected cases tied to the Bundibugyo strain.
