The World Health Organisation has declared a public health emergency over a deadly Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with more than 80 deaths and 245 suspected cases. Ukraine has launched its largest assault on Russia in over a year, conducting more than 1,000 drone strikes in 24 hours, killing four people. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has visited victims of a car-ramming attack in Modena that injured eight people and left four in serious condition.
