Blacktown Hospital will receive 30 new beds 12 months ahead of schedule, along with two new operating theatres expected by next year. Mount Druitt Hospital will also gain an additional 30 beds by the end of next year, aimed at reducing pressure on Western Sydney’s hospital system.
