‘We’re vulnerable’: Matt Canavan calls for Australia to become ‘more independent’
Nationals Leader Matt Canavan claims Australia needs to become “more independent as a nation”.
“It’s a dangerous world right now,” Mr Canavan told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“We can see right now at our petrol stations how vulnerable we are to the flows of ships.
“We’ve relied too heavily on other countries potentially coming to our aid.”
