Victoria in a ‘dysfunctional’ state as crime rates are skyrocketing

Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand says the crimes in Victoria are “unbelievable” and “absolutely diabolical”.

“The crime stats … it is catastrophic,” Mr Hildebrand said.

“You’ve got crimes like carjacking and home invasions that are skyrocketing in Victoria.”
