Vaccination efforts to increase as Australia records more diphtheria cases
Australia is recording its worst outbreak of diphtheria in decades, largely affecting remote Indigenous communities across northern Australia.
The first cases were reported in the Northern Territory, before spreading into Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia.
