US seizes sixth Venezuela oil tanker
The US has seized another Venezuela-linked oil tanker in the Caribbean Sea.
The Veronica is the sixth ship taken by US forces amid President Donald Trump’s push to restrict Venezuela’s oil trade.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says the tanker was operating against US orders.
The seizure coincides with a meeting today between Mr Trump and Venezuelan Opposition Leader Maria Machado.
