‘Unfunny comedian and general ratings disaster’: Jimmy Kimmel ‘mourning his career’ amid axing

Sky News host James Morrow has commented on “unfunny comedian and general ratings disaster” Jimmy Kimmel being “flicked from the airwaves” following his show’s indefinite axing.

“He’s been flicked from the airwaves, leading to widespread outcry and even protests,” he said.

“Now it’s important to know why Kimmel was flicked, and it was, as you may know, not just because he said some unkind or unfunny things about Charlie Kirk … but because he said also some really inaccurate things as well.

“This once upon a time what Kimmel said would have been considered misinformation … and Kimmel was very much against disinformation or at least he was when he was a few years ago on the receiving end of some scurrilous untrue gossip about him.”
