Ukraine launches massive drone strike on Moscow region
Ukraine launched one of its largest drone strikes against Russia over the weekend, with Russia’s military saying it downed 882 drones.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyani said about 600 drones were detected heading toward Russia’s capital.
At least six people were killed during the attack.
The strikes ignited a blaze at a Wildberries warehouse and damaged a shopping mall.
Meanwhile, a Russian missile strike on Kyiv damaged a market and ignited a 2,000-square-metre blaze, according to a Ukrainian State Emergency spokesperson.
Two people were injured.
