Twin Towers honoured with beautiful drone show on eve of 25th anniversary of 9/11 attacks
A hauntingly beautiful drone show has recreated the Twin Towers in tribute to the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.
Exactly 2,997 lights were used for the touching recreation, in honour of the exact number of victims who were killed in the attacks.
The drone show lit up New York City’s night sky, with lights beaming from Ground Zero, where the Twin Towers once stood.
The beautiful light show occurred on Wednesday night, ahead of the 25th anniversary memorial service on Friday.
