Trump reportedly secretly swapped planes in a catering truck in Turkey to evade Iranian threat
US President Donald Trump is demanding compensation from Iran for decades of attacks on Americans.
It comes as more information about what may have been an elaborate Iranian assassination plot targeting the US President comes to light.
According to the Washington Post, President Trump last month, when he departed from a NATO summit in Turkey, secretly swapped planes due to concerns over a possible assassination plot by Iran.
According to the report, President Trump boarded Air Force One in front of the cameras before an airport catering truck secretly took him to another military plane.
When asked about the switch, the White House responded, saying: “There are many enemies of America who have their sights on him, and we use every tool at our disposal to address those threats.”
