The Washington Post has released a report about a complex operation to secretly transport US President Donald Trump out of Turkiye after the NATO summit in Ankara to avoid an Iranian assassination threat.
Unbeknownst to journalists on board Air Force One, the US leader reportedly departed the decoy plane in a catering truck before boarding a military flight to the UK.
A similar operation was previously launched to move former president Bill Clinton to Pakistan in 2000.
