Trump may employ ‘Maduro-style’ raid to arrest Raul Castro and demoralise Cuban regime

National Review Senior Writer Noah Rothman believes US President Donald Trump may employ a “Maduro-style” raid to arrest Raul Castro.

“I would not rule out a Maduro-style raid to access Raul Castro, who is just indicted in US federal court,” Mr Rothman told Sky News Digital Presenter James Bolt.

“Demoralising the regime and convincing it to give up the ghost is part of this administration’s grand strategic approach.”
