US President Donald Trump has scolded an Australian reporter on the grounds of the White House, saying questions about his wealth were ‘hurting Australia’.
The US leader threatened to report Americas editor John Lyons in an expected face-to-face meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, suggesting the journalist’s enquiry jeopardised relations between Canberra and Washington.
