Train smashes truck in half at Perth crossing | 7NEWS
A Transperth train collided with a truck at a level crossing in Guildford, Perth, at peak hour, ripping the truck in half and sending debris including a bobcat and axle flying through the air. The truck had stopped at the intersection for 40 seconds before slowly rolling onto the tracks and pushing through the boom gates just seconds before impact. Four people were injured but only two required hospitalisation, with the Robson family’s car struck by flying wheels while waiting at the crossing.
