Three people dead after tragic plane crash in New South Wales
Three people are dead after a light plane crash at Shellharbour Airport in New South Wales.
The aircraft came down on Saturday morning, triggering an emergency response.
New South Wales Police have confirmed their officers responded to the scene and that the light plane caught fire upon impact.
A crime scene has been established, and the Australian Transport Safety Bureau has been notified.
Authorities say there was little left of the aircraft when crews arrived on scene.
