Police say three people who have died after a “grisly” incident at a home in Sydney’s south-west overnight were members of the same family.
The bodies of a man and a woman were discovered, and another man later died at Liverpool Hospital.
Police believe the incident is domestic violence-related, but the direct relationship between the people has not been confirmed.
