‘They’ve done enormous work’: Trump reversing years of immigration policy damage

Former Assistant Attorney General Theo Wold claims the Trump administration is using a multi-pronged strategy to enforce immigration law and reverse the effects of previous policies.

“The Trump White House … has implemented a multi-pronged strategy to ensure that not only is the law enforced, but so much of the damage done by the Biden administration is being reversed,” Mr Wold told News24 host Elizabeth Pipko.

“It’s going to take time. And that’s one of the things I think a lot of Americans don’t quite understand yet.

“I think it’s a mountain of a problem that Trump, the Trump administration, confronted taking office in January of last year.

“They’ve done enormous work to the benefit of American workers and American citizens.”
