‘They need to act fast’: Police handling of Thomas Markle case under fire

Reform UK Politician Darren Grimes criticises the Metropolitan Police over the handling of the Thomas Markle case.

“I mean, ultimately, I do agree with you that there is negligence on behalf of the Metropolitan Police,” Mr Grimes told News24 host Samara Gill.

“It wouldn’t have taken much, would it, Samara, for them to actually pass on this information to the relevant authority. in question to actually investigate this matter further.

“When someone is consuming that sort of content, you need to act fast to, one, not only get the perpetrator, but also to isolate where it’s actually coming from.”
