The View turn on each other in heated clash over Democrat shutdown

The co-hosts of The View have turned on each other in a fiery clash over the shutdown of the US government.

Co-hosts Joy Behar and Alyssa Farah Griffin fired up over the Democratic Party’s shutdown strategy, resulting in an on-air clash.

The clash comes as the shutdown entered its 22nd day, with Senate Democrats pinning the blame on Republicans.

Democrats are demanding an extension of Obamacare subsidies, while Republicans are pushing to pass a resolution to fund the government.

The View co-host Joy Behar unleashed on the Republicans, calling on people to call Republican politicians in their district and “tell them” how they feel.

Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin pushed back on Behar’s statement, saying they should call all members of Congress because Democrats had power in the shutdown as well.
