The fortune of Australian billionaire Phillip Lee has been linked to major corruption scandals involving relatives in China, according to official documents examined by the ABC.
The revelation comes as scrutiny intensifies over the Lee family’s wealth after Mr Lee’s 25-year-old son, Felix, hosted Anthony Albanese, as first reported by Nine newspapers.
The dinner was also attended by former Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, and bank executives at the family’s Point Piper mansion.
