A Tesla driver was allegedly caught on camera sleeping at the wheel while travelling on Sydney’s M2 motorway with the autopilot function activated. Another motorist raised the alarm after witnessing the incident. Tesla’s autopilot system is designed to disengage when it detects the driver is not paying attention, though it is not fully autonomous.
