Nell Hawe was just 52 years old when she received the diagnosis that changed her life.

This condition is now the leading cause of death among Australians, with more than 433,000 Aussies currently living with it.

And yet the stigma keeps us from talking about it as much as we should.

Today, News Corp Australia launches its Think Again campaign to help normalise these experiences and build a more understanding and supportive community.
