Super Typhoon Ragasa has continued its deadly path, making landfall in China’s Guangdong province. At least 17 people have been killed in Taiwan and more than a dozen are still missing after a lake burst its banks and sent a wall of water into a nearby town. On its way to mainland China, the system lashed Hong Kong with winds of up to 200 kilometers an hour.
