‘Strategic shock’: Trump may only be posturing as ‘pulling back’ from Iran
Former home affairs secretary Mike Pezzullo believes US President Donald Trump is being strategic with Iran and won’t attack unless the time is right.
“Sometimes you think he’s pulling back on an issue and then we wake up one morning, and then there are B2 bombers in the sky dropping munitions,” Mr Pezzullo said.
“That strategic shock is very much part of this president’s repertoire.
“This regime will not fall.”
