Australian Simon Carman has agreed to plead guilty to concealing a corpse, one of four charges laid against him in a trial over teenager Tunchanok Donhomla’s alleged murder in Thailand.
Ms Tunchanok’s family is seeking damages in a separate civil case against the 45-year-old, who has maintained his innocence.
The civil and criminal cases against Mr Carman are expected to be heard simultaneously.
