US President Donald Trump unleashes on those who leaked details of the secret B-2 bomber mission against Iran, calling them “the scum of the earth” and declaring they should be shot.

“There were two weeks, and we sent those beautiful B-2s, the wings. You know, the wings that carry very large bombs and are totally stealthy,” Mr Trump said.

“I mean, Iran was waiting for them, and they never got to see them.

“You know, somebody leaked some sleazebag. They ought to go to jail and be shot for the rest of their lives. But they leaked that we were leaving at 12:07 from Missouri, and it was in the New York Times, CNN.

“Leakers should be, in my opinion, leakers should be shot. In the old days, we used to shoot leakers, you know. When they leak, what time are you going to attack a country?

“To me, they’re the scum of the earth. The leakers are the scum of the earth.”
