Shadow Treasurer says focus should be on ‘improving’ housing stock to help young Australians

Shadow Treasurer Tim Wilson says there needs to be an improvement to the housing stock in Australia to help young Australians buy their own home.

“We need to encourage young Australians and ensure they’re in a position to buy their own home,” Mr Wilson told Sky News Australia.

“The focus should be on how we improve the volume of housing stock to increase the chance of young Australians to buy their own home.”
