‘Ripping our jobs and culture away’: Greens leader unleashes on Albanese

Greens Leader David Shoebridge blames Labor’s lack of ‘material action’ for rising support for One Nation and accuses Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of prioritising a tech deal over Australians.

“You know why One Nation has risen, why they’ve got there? It’s because of the complete lack of any kind of material action from Labor after four years to make anyone’s life better,” Mr Shoebridge told News24.

“People’s lives have got harder; it’s harder to pay the rent, it’s harder to pay the mortgage.

“Meanwhile we have a prime minister who instead of being here going into bat for Australians heads off and tries to cut a deal with tech bros in Silicon Valley to like literally rip our jobs and culture away from us.”
