RBA to closely ‘scrutinise’ incoming quarterly inflation numbers
Sky News Business Reporter Ed Boyd says quarterly inflation numbers are “the most accurate” numbers the Bureau of Statistics can provide for inflation.
The crucial September quarterly inflation figures will be released later this morning by the Bureau of Statistics.
Mr Boyd said the expectations of the RBA board are that it will “scrutinise” the numbers very closely.
