The Reserve Bank of Australia has increased the cash rate by 25 basis points to 4.6%, marking the fourth interest rate hike this year and reaching a 15-year high. A manhunt is underway in Liverpool following a shooting inside a unit block with officers finding a 32-year-old man inside with a gunshot wound to his leg, tactical officers then arrived and swarmed the building looking for the person responsible, but have moved on as the search for the shooter continues.
