Protests over Turning Point USA campus event descend into chaos, multiple arrests made
Fights have broken out, and at least eight people were arrested following clashes outside the University of California in Berkeley.
It was the final event for Turning Point USA on its current nationwide campus tour, two months after the death of its founder, Charlie Kirk, which saw an appearance by actor Rob Schneider.
At some point, tensions outside escalated with fights, fireworks, and smoke bombs, which erupted and created chaos and confusion.
At least one person was injured, and multiple people were arrested following the commotion.
