The fraternity of US late-night talk show hosts have reacted after Jimmy Kimmel was taken off air following comments made on Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
Jimmy Fallon, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert all used their opening monologues to criticise what they see as government censorship.
Protesters stationed outside the Jimmy Kimmel studio are calling it censorship, and former president Obama labelled it government coercion.
