Prince Harry visited the Western Bulldogs at Whitten Oval in Melbourne as part of a Movember event focused on fathers’ mental health. The Duke spoke candidly about his own mental health struggles and the importance of men seeking help, particularly new fathers during pregnancy and the first year of parenthood. He participated in a crash course in AFL, attempting kicking and handballing with players before later touring the War Memorial in Canberra.
