Obama: Trump’s ‘got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory’
Former US President Barack Obama has criticised Donald Trump’s handling of the economy and the US’ ongoing war with Iran during a Democratic rally ahead of the fast-approaching midterm elections, calling the vote the country’s ” last best chance to at least rein in on some of the foolishness of this administration”.
Obama also mocked Trump for focusing on his multiple renovation projects, including the White House ballroom and the gold accents in rooms such as the Oval Office, saying “he’s got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory”.
