New search begins for missing flight MH370 | 7NEWS

American robotics company Ocean Infinity has resumed the search for Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, which vanished from radar in March 2014 with 239 people on board, including six Australians. The vessel departed from Kwinana, south of Perth, for a 55-day mission into the Indian Ocean search zone using autonomous underwater vehicles capable of creating 3D maps of the seabed up to six kilometres below the surface. Ocean Infinity will only receive payment from the Malaysian government, under a deal worth more than $100 million, if the aircraft is found.
