New campaign aims to stop retail abuse as the festive season approaches
A new campaign is urging shoppers to show kindness to retail workers as the festive season approaches. More than half of retailers report experiencing physical abuse each month, while 87 per cent say their staff face verbal abuse. Retail workers on the receiving end of customer aggression, abuse and violence are now taking a stand and calling for change.
