NDIS is ‘such a liberal concept’ and different from other welfare schemes: Linda Reynolds

Former NDIS minister Linda Reynolds says the NDIS is “such a liberal concept” and not conceived as just another welfare scheme.

Ms Reynolds told Sky News host Chris Kenny that it helped “lift out” people from their circumstances.

“This was a scheme that would give them the support, give them the choice and control over their own lives.”
