Nationals don’t want three senators punished for a whole party’s choice
Nationals Senator Ross Cadell discusses the state of the Coalition.
“All of us were prepared to cross,” Mr Cadell told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“What our party room doesn’t want to see, they don’t want to see the three senators that actually voted wear the price for the whole party when everyone was prepared to.
“You can’t single out the three guys for a decision of the whole room.”
