Multiple people are dead, including three children, after a 16-year-old gunman opened fire at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon. According to authorities, police received multiple 911 calls within two minutes starting at 12:59 pm local time. Oregon Governor Tina Kotek confirmed the teenage shooter was shot and killed inside the school by an armed bystander carrying a concealed weapon, ending the tragic rampage.
