Mother blames brush turkey and health drink for crash | 7NEWS
A 50-year-old Northbridge mother, Natasha Jansen, is facing court after allegedly recording a breath test reading of 0.304 following a crash in August last year. Jansen claims the reading was caused by ethanol from Grant’s liquid chlorophyll wellness drink she was using to treat acne and menopause, not alcohol, despite a vodka bottle being found in her handbag with her DNA on it. This is the second time she has used this defence, having been found not guilty of a separate drink-driving charge weeks before the crash.
