Mornington Peninsula mum wins Mother of the Year | 7NEWS
Georgia Hocking, a 35-year-old social worker and mother of two from the Mornington Peninsula, has been named the 2026 Victorian Mother of the Year. She founded a grassroots mental health charity focused on suicide prevention after losing her brother to suicide. The recognition brings increased visibility and funding opportunities to her organisation’s work supporting mental health in the community.
