CCTV footage has captured the moment a restaurant in Hong Kong was destroyed by Typhoon Ragasa as seawater crashed through the doors. Typhoon Ragasa, one of the strongest storms to hit Asia in years, has whipped waves taller than lampposts onto Hong Kong promenades after leaving deadly destruction in Taiwan and the Philippines.
